Tempest Executive
Tempest Executive have an exciting opportunity for an Interim Programme Manager in a London Borough to transform the way services are delivered within a Youth Justice and Youth Service setting.
There are multiple projects and workstreams that require planning, initiating and progressing through to delivery. There are two key areas for delivery
1. Youth Justice Improvement Plan
2. Youth Service new target operating model
The ideal candidate will have subject matter expertise and experience in undertaking similar transformation roles in Local Government. They will also have significant experience in transformation and project management within a children’s services setting.
This role will initially be for 6 months, day rate of £400, outside IR35.
