Tempest Executive
Tempest Executive are currently looking for an Interim Head of Integrated Discharge for a London Borough. We are looking for someone to lead the integration and development of a new Integrated Discharge Management Team for the borough by eï¬ectively integrating the work of the Hospital Social Work and Discharge Planning Teams in order to improve the co-ordination and delivery of care thereby reducing delays and expediting discharges. We also need someone to provide or ensure provision of leadership to the Integrated Discharge Management Team ensuring that all assessments are carried out in line with statutory framework, local and national policy and legislation.
The ideal candidate would have similar experience in a previous role.
