Tempest Executive
Tempest Executive are currently looking for an Interim Adult Social Care Inspection Specialist for a Local Authority. The Council are working to further establish a culture of audit, learning and improvement in Adult Social Care. This role will provide oversight, test and challenge to the current assurance programme and take a lead role in preparation for CQC assurance.
As well as providing a dedicated strategic lead for this work the individual will also need to lead on improvement work; helping to identify areas for improvement with sound evidence and then leading on those improvements across the business.
The individual will have an extensive knowledge of the Adult Social Care sector and have worked at least at Assistant Director level, they will be very experienced in handling and interpreting data, quality assurance and have a record of identifying and delivering service improvements through evidence based decision making.
