Tempest Executive
Tempest Executive are looking for an Interim Strategic Manager to lead services for children in need; children subject to a child protection plan and those within the family justice system for a Local Authority in the North of England. The portfolio includes the management of a number of Families First, statutory social work teams and the management of the First Contact and Multi agency Safeguarding hub (MASH) – the front door service in county for children and families statutory social care.
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic, knowledgeable social care practice leader who will join the team and drive forward their vision. They are currently embedding the Signs of Safety social work practice model across the whole service and are committed to practice which is strengths based and focused on developing high quality relationships with children and families to achieve the very best outcomes for children.
