Tempest Executive are currently recruiting for an Interim Head of Service working within Adult Social Care for a London Borough.

The Role

  •             Provide leadership to the Adult Social Care Operations Divisions to ensure that people receiving care and support receive timely, high quality and safe interventions that build on individuals strengths, maximise independence and supports their wellbeing. 
  •             Create an environment of collaboration and engagement with our partners and communities to develop asset based approached to improve outcomes for people and place.
  •             Deliver professional leadership for the staff teams directly responsible for and ensure that our practice and approach comply with current legislation and guidance
  •             Work alongside the PSW, OT and Mental Health Lead to ensure that here is a positive culture, which promotes the highest standards of practice

    •  

    Candidates must be a Qualified Social Worker.
