Tempest Executive are currently looking for a Head of Service – Service Improvement working for a local government. The post holder will take a lead practice development role within the Family Support and Safeguarding Service, primarily in the children with disabilities service. This will include the development of our local offer. The post will also hold the lead role for SEND across Children's Support and Safeguarding. The role will also provide an opportunity to pilot the Designated Social Care Officer role as proposed in the government's SEND green paper.
