Tempest Executive are looking to recruit a Service Manager to support the locality Assessment and Safeguarding Teams. This role will provide operational support and oversight to the team managers, working with the Head of Service to ensure a high quality service is provided. Our vision is to ensure all children within the service receive excellent support through high quality assessments and timely interventions so that they have the best opportunity to remain in their families. Applicants should be experienced in management of frontline services and have a desire to support the improvement and upskilling of the service. Home working opportunities will be available in accordance with the ‘Return to Office Plan’. The plan going forward is to embrace a hybrid model of working and this will include both working at home and office. There is expectation that the Service Manager will attend the office at least twice a week and offer face to face 1 to 1 supervision.
