Tempest Executive are currently recruiting for an interim Quality & Performance Manager. This is a brand-new role in a fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to be quick to learn and ready to turn your hand to a range of tasks. You’ll have substantial experience of managing complex, high-risk, high-value contracts in health and social care, including addressing underperformance and operational issues. A track-record of leading teams, managing resources and overseeing projects to achieve efficiencies is essential. You’ll also know how to build strong relationships and networks. Your commercial mindset will be matched by excellent written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to negotiate effectively.
