Tempest Executive are hiring for a Project Manager working in Change and Transformation for a London Borough. The Top 5 things about you that are most important

  •                     You are an experienced project manager with a track record of successful delivery of transformation and change projects in a complex environment following rigorous PPM processes
  •                     You have experience in the development of robust Business Cases and benefits management processes throughout a project lifecycle
  •                     You have access to a range of tools, techniques and approaches to deliver innovative creative approaches and solutions to project delivery
  •                     You are a skilled communicator, with experience of working with and influencing a range of non-technical stakeholders at varying levels of an organisation to enable successful project delivery
  •                     You will be a champion of our values; you have an open mind towards solutions, a desire to listen to many diverse voices, to pause and reflect, to embrace and understand the complexity and to deliver projects with residents and staff
