Tempest Executive are looking for a conscientious and experienced audit lead to support our deep dive audit process within the Practice Hub. The Practice Hub is the heart of the organisation providing support with audits, feedback, data, training and social work academy. The successful candidate will require experience of undertaking audit work in a managerial capacity, understand how to analyse and report on data, able to write high standard reports that will be presented at Director Level. The candidate will have a sound understanding of social work theory, practice and policy with at least 5 years post qualifying experience and have ability to be flexible in response to needs that arise within the service.
We require the candidate to start this role on or before the 19th July. The role is remote, with expectation to attend a few meetings in Birmingham which can be discussed at interview.
