
Tempest Executive
Tempest Executive are seeking to recruit an Interim Head of Service for the Integrated Early Years’ Service. This post has become vacant as a result of the youth and commissioning restructure the head of early years’ service post was made vacant due to the retirement of the previous post holder. Since June 2021 the post has been covered on an interim basis by another member of staff alongside their main substantive role in the supporting families division. This was an interim arrangement until end of September and is not feasible to continue.
The post holder will provide effective leadership and strategic management of the Integrated Early Years’ Service. This leadership will support the delivery of improved outcomes for children 0-5 yrs to ensure they are healthy, safe and ready to have opportunities to learn and develop appropriate to their age.

The post is paying £500 per day on a full time basis inside IR35
