Tempest Executive are hiring for a Case Progression Manager for initially a 3 month duration. The CPM will be responsible for developing practice and performance in pre -proceedings, proceedings and permanency planning. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in court work at a supervisory level who demonstrate a full up to date knowledge of the Public Law Outline and best practice guidance issued by the Public Law Working Group. The CPM will provide coaching, mentoring and support to social workers in order for them to meet the requirements of the Public Law Outline. In addition to this, the applicant is required to drive improvement through quality assurance, monitoring, measuring and tracking progression of children and families in pre-proceedings and proceedings. In some areas, candidates will not be able to rely on walking, cycling or public transport to make visits. We therefore require candidates to have access to their own suitable transport, subject to reasonable adjustments that may need to be made in line with the Equality Act 2010.
